The Romanian and English versions are both official; in case of divergence, the Romanian version prevails.

This function allows a Consumer to submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from a distance contract for aity Platform or aity Cloud. It is available throughout the withdrawal period and supplements withdrawal by e-mail or post described in the Returns Policy.

Confirm withdrawal

After submission, AITY CLOUD SRL sends you without undue delay, at the address provided, confirmation on a durable medium that includes the statement, the date and time of receipt, and the registration number. Keep the confirmation.

If the function is unavailable, send the same statement to office@aity.ro or support@aity.ro. A malfunction of the function does not shorten the statutory period or prevent you from using the other channels.

The form data is used to verify and give effect to the withdrawal, issue the refund, prove compliance with legal obligations, and defend rights, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
