"First 100 customers" promotion rules¶

1. The benefit¶

An eligible Customer uses MAity (the aity Platform service described in Schedule A of the Terms of Service), on the START or PLUS plan, free of charge for 12 calendar months from the first seat activation, for up to 10 active seats in the organisation. Creating an account, verifying a card or provisioning an organisation does not start this period.

The promotion does not include an eleventh seat, EXPERT or Enterprise. The ten-seat limit applies across START and PLUS together; while the organisation benefits from the promotion, no more than ten seats and no seats on other plans can be activated. Domain registrations, domain renewals and other separately ordered services or extras remain payable under their own Order; they are not included in the free MAity seats.

Card verification is mandatory, including for promotional access, to prevent abuse and enrol the payment method for subsequent recurring payments. Any temporary verification hold is not a charge for the free seats. Before accepting the Order, the Customer is shown the recurring-payment conditions and the price that applies after the free period.

2. Who can take part¶

Business Customers whose MAity organisation activates its first START or PLUS seat during the campaign, on a domain they control, may qualify. One place is granted per organisation. An organisation created before the campaign may qualify if its trial has not started and its first seat activation occurs during the campaign.

Organisations whose first seat was already activated before the campaign are not eligible and do not consume promotional places.

3. Allocation of places¶

100 places are available in total. A place is allocated when the first eligible seat is activated, subject to availability at that moment. Registration, card verification and provisioning do not reserve a place. The organisation's subscription shows whether the promotion applies and when its free period ends. The count shown on the website is informative and updated periodically; it is not a reservation or a guarantee of availability.

An allocated place is not made available again when the organisation cancels. If no promotional place remains, the ordinary trial and paid-subscription conditions disclosed in the accepted Order apply.

The Provider may refuse or withdraw an allocation if the same entity uses several organisations or domains to obtain several places, if the registration data is not genuine, or if the Service is used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Duration¶

The promotion starts on the date these rules take effect and ends when all 100 places have been allocated. The Provider may end the promotion earlier by a notice published on this page; a benefit already confirmed is granted in full.

5. After the 12 months¶

Unless the Customer stops automatic renewal before the free period ends, the subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription and the enrolled payment method is charged. No new opt-in or manual continuation request is required. The accepted Order records the applicable plan, Subscription Period and recurring-payment conditions.

The monthly list prices are RON 19 per active START seat and RON 39 per active PLUS seat, excluding VAT. The Subscription Period can be 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with a discount of 0%, 5%, 10% or 15% respectively on the monthly list price; an invoice covers the full selected Subscription Period, with VAT. A later price change follows the notice and cancellation rules in the Terms of Service; the promotional period itself remains free.

The Customer can select “Oprește reînnoirea automată” in the subscription settings before the period ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and prevents its renewal charge. No payment is owed retrospectively for the free seats. Separately ordered domains or extras remain governed by their own payment and cancellation conditions.

6. Combination with other offers¶

For the free period, the promotion is not combined with the ordinary trial period or any other discount. After the free period, the discount matching the selected Subscription Period applies.

7. Other provisions¶

An organisation that is allocated a place is governed by the version of these rules included in its accepted Order, which it supplements; if the accepted Order does not include these rules, the version in force on the date of allocation applies. Previous versions remain available as PDF. Anything not covered here is governed by the Terms of Service, including section 5.5 on free offers.
