How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 Bucharest time. Your request goes to an engineer, who follows up with any questions.
What should I include?
What you run today or want to build, rough sizes (users, servers, storage), deadlines and the organisation you represent. For Aity Cloud, your current configuration is a good starting point for a quote.
I have an incident. Do I write here?
No. Customers with active support use the emergency channel in their contract. This form is for commercial questions and quote requests.
Can I get a quote without an account?
Yes. A request does not create an account or ask for card details. The quote comes from an engineer once the requirements are clear, not from a configurator.
Can I write by e-mail instead?
Yes, to business@aity.ro. It reaches the same team as the form.
